Within 3 years, the Haverford Township Rotary Club will become well known as a leading community service organization enabling projects and initiatives that better our community (both local and global).  We will attract business and thought leaders as either members of, or partners with, Rotary.  Working in collaboration with other Township service clubs and organizations, we will mobilize public and private resources in service projects that improve the quality of life for all residents, especially our youth, while encouraging others to experience the joys and benefits of serving. 

To provide service to others, to promote high ethical standards, and to advance world understanding, good will and peace through its fellowship of business, professional and community leaders

• Increase membership from 29 to 35 by June 30, 2010
• 100% Participation in Rotary Foundation giving
• 100% Participation in Gundaker Foundation giving
• Raise $12,500 in FY2009 to fund international and community service projects
• Fund five scholarships in FY2008 totaling $5500
• Conduct at least four networking/membership growth events in FY2009
• At least six media coverage items in FY2009
• Adopt a Highway operates 4 times per year

• Promote membership by delivering community & international service
• Collaborate with Haverford Township service, civic, and governmental groups
• Actively support and collaborate with Interact
• Provide continuity with active/vibrant committee leadership
• Develop leadership by encouraging participation in RLI, District and RI events
• Foster culture of continuous process improvement and best practices
• Promote Rotary, service and our club via club website
